Builder Home Warranty Companies Gear Up for National Trade Shows! The dynamic home warranty group starts off 2015 strong.

Digital Image by Sean LockeDigital Planet Designwww.digitalplanetdesign.comResidential Warranty Company, LLC (RWC), HOME’s national affiliate, attended its first national trade show back in 1988 in Dallas, Texas. Back then, the show was the premier show in the building industry. Fast forward 27 years, and both RWC/HOME and this ‘national’ show – now known as the International Builders’ Show – are both giants in their respective industries. Both HOME and RWC – now leading providers of insured builder home warranties – have been in the builders’ home warranty business since 1981 – over 33 years – and have warranted over 3 million homes in one of our many builder warranty programs across the United States.

The NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) has grown steadily to become the largest annual light construction show in the world with over 2,000 industry brands on exhibit and more than 75,000 attendees. Today, IBS is the nation’s largest annual residential housing construction trade event for manufacturers and suppliers of home construction products and services.

HOME and RWC look forward to meeting new prospective members in Las Vegas, January 20-22, 2015, and reconnecting with current members as well. Certain to be topics of interest will be the revitalized websites for both HOME of Texas and RWC, the streamlined online Warranty Express systems launched recently, and of course, the wide variety of home warranty plans and risk management options for builders, remodelers and manufacturers.

This year, more than ever, stopping by and registering at the HOME/RWC booth (C2556) matters.

Stop by for 3 Big Reasons:

1. Builders, remodelers and manufacturers who stop by the HOME/RWC booth have the opportunity to help HOME/RWC make a difference. With every registration HOME/RWC receives at the show, a $25 contribution* will be made to one of two worthy causes: Alex’s Lemonade Stand (Fighting Childhood Cancer, One Cup at a Time) or Homes for Our Troops (Building Homes & Rebuilding Lives for Injured Veterans). Look for the bright yellow stickers at the show and know that contributions are being made to help others. *Total eligible registrations received x $25 will then be divided equally between the two charities and contributed on behalf of registrants by HOME/RWC. No purchase necessary.

2. That same registration at the HOME/RWC booth also enters the builder, remodeler or manufacturer into a drawing for a $1,000 Visa Gift Card! The winner will be notified by mail, so they do not need to be present at the time of drawing to win.

3. And last but not least: FREE builder home warranty membership for new RWC, HOME and MHWC applicants! For a limited time, builders, remodelers and manufacturers that apply at the HOME/RWC booth for NEW membership can join for FREE (must be prior to March 31, 2015). The membership fee of $295 will be waived.

Savvy builders, remodelers and manufacturers in the housing industry are encouraged to stop by the HOME/RWC booth to take advantage of all the benefits that these two powerhouse builder home warranty companies provide!

While RWC and HOME focus on getting business done in Las Vegas, the third member of this dynamic home warranty group, MHWC – the national affiliate offering new home warranties on HUD-Code Manufactured Homes – will be getting it done in Louisville, Kentucky at the Louisville Manufactured Housing Show!

The 2013 and 2014 shows were the best attended manufactured housing industry events anywhere. The road to success for 2015 begins in Louisville, Kentucky on January 21-23, 2015. This year’s show will have the most factory built homes shown indoors than anywhere in North America! 2014 brought the best attendance in years, and many said it was the best show in a decade. 2015 is expected to be even better, and so of course MHWC has made plans attend (booth #215).

The manufactured housing industry is an integral segment of the overall building environment in the U.S. and MHWC offers a specialized variety of  HUD-Code manufactured home warranty programs and risk management plans tailored to the unique needs of HUD-Code home manufacturers, builders and dealers.

Every day, expert craftsmen bring new home designs to life, just as MHWC brings certainty and assurance that those great American dreams are protected. Manufacturers, builders and dealers looking for affordable and comprehensive builder home warranty coverage and a variety of home warranty plans turn to MHWC. With over 25 years of experience, MHWC is the leader in new home warranties for the HUD-Code housing industry.
