Residential Warranty Company, LLC (RWC), a new home warranty provider since 1981, has unveiled a new online membership renewal process for builders. Warranty Express is currently the system used for Members to enroll homes online and is being expanded to include membership renewals.
When a renewal package is ready for a Member to complete, notice is sent to the builder both by email and postcard through the regular mail. The Member simply logs into the Warranty Express system and completes the membership renewal information. Information already in our system is displayed and can be edited as needed. Ability to pay online and upload required information via a secure connection is provided.
This advancement, coupled with the streamlining of information requested and our Evergreen Addendum which eliminates the need for annual agreements, makes maintaining membership with RWC a snap.
