HOME's Warranty Express is an updated Electronic Enrollment System which allows a Builder to enroll homes online, saving both the time and postage spent on manual form preparation. Warranty Express features NO initial enrollment process, NO deposits, NO surcharges if the warranty fee is paid online, and NO waiting for forms or books by mail. Documents, including the warranty book itself, may be printed from the convenience of the builder's office. Additionally, all builders, regardless of the location of their homes may order marketing materials and Enrollment Reports online through the Warranty Express system. *Please note: At this time, Warranty Express is only available to builders constructing homes where inspections are not required by HOME.
