A home is a major investment, and homebuyers want to be sure that purchase is a good investment, built by an experienced professional builder, and that quality materials were used. Although the finished product looks great, how can you and your clients be sure that the “structure” was built soundly?

Your can be assured that the home you are listing or selling was built by a qualified professional if the Builder or Remodeler is a Member in one of our programs. HOME Members are thoroughly examined every year for:

  • Financial stability,
  • Customer satisfaction and
  • Technical competence

Additionally, HOME Members must comply with specific construction standards in order to have their homes warranted.

HOME recognizes that one warranty may not meet the needs of all Builders. Therefore, we offer a “Menu of Choices” to Builders so that they may select the program that best fits their needs and those of their homebuyers. The HOME “Menu of Choices” includes the following programs*:

  • 10 Year Full Coverage Major Structural Defect (MSD) Warranty
  • 10 Year Full Coverage TRCC Warranty
  • Remodeler Warranty
  • Detached Garage Warranty
  • 10 Year Full Coverage MSD Manufacturers Warranty (through RWC Affiliate)
  • 10 Year Structural Only MSD Manufacturers Warranty (through RWC Affiliate)
  • 10 Year Commercial Manufacturers Warranty (through RWC Affiliate)
  • 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty on Additions (through RWC Affiliate)
