MHWC is the sister company of HOME. Through MHWC, 10 year warranties are available on HUD-code homes for both Builders and Manufacturers. The full coverage program for Builders offers one year of coverage on workmanship and on selected portions of mechanical systems, with 10 years of coverage on major structural components. Foundations may also be covered under this option.
