Texas has been an important state to Residential Warranty Company, LLC from the very beginning. So when the opportunity arose for RWC to acquire HOME, Senior Management jumped at it. Since 1994, HOME of Texas has been affiliated with RWC, issuing warranties to Texas builders and doing so while maintaining high expectations for the qualifications of builders in the program, the technical standards to which our warranties adhere and the efficiency with which HOME attends to service. These are lofty goals which would be next to impossible to achieve if not for the expert support provided by the Houston administrative office staff.

As a licensed real estate agent since 1986, LaJuana "LJ" Fucik has a great working knowledge of what it takes to get a new home sold. Like her Houston office counterpart, LJ too has done it all - typed policies, processed enrollments and inspections, evaluated Builder approvals and renewals, done marketing, accounting and even warranty resolution. Susan and LJ have created a customer service team that would be nearly impossible to replicate. LJ's goal overall is to assist in presenting an excellent first impression of HOME and RWC to any and all interested parties. LJ and her husband Richard also reside in the Houston area. They have two grown sons, Glen and Stephen. LJ keeps herself busy with activities such as stainglass, walking, bunco and fishing.
