HOW TO JOIN - APPLICATION MATERIALS

Your local Account Executive can help you determine what items are required and answer any questions you may have on the approval process.

STEP 1:
Regardless of the Program(s) desired, all warranty applicants for HOME, RWC and MHWC must complete, sign and return forms 2505E and 2506E with the rest of the necessary application materials.
 
STEP 2:
Based on the Program(s) desired, select the documents needed from the list below. Please complete, sign if applicable, and return with the rest of the necessary application materials.
