This innovative warranty couples HOME’s traditional coverage with enhanced performance standards (formerly known as TRCC performance standards). Coverage includes 1 year of coverage on workmanship & materials, 2 years of coverage on selected portions of mechanical systems and 10 years of coverage on major Structural components.
